All provisions of this Agreement, with the exception of Articles 10, 12, 14 and 15, and Sections 7.2., 7.3., are severable, such that in the event that any of such provisions or the applicability of such provision is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected, and the Agreement shall be enforceable and construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provisions were never included herein
